Clay Mauldin

Clay is an experienced deal maker with over a decade of expertise in complex transaction execution, financial modeling, and advisory work across infrastructure and capital markets.

Prior to joining Exit Partners, he served as a Vice President at RBC Capital Markets, leading municipal finance advisory and underwriting engagements for institutional clients. During his tenure, he was involved in more than 350 transactions totaling approximately $20 billion in par amount. Earlier in his career, he served as a Quantitative Analyst at Oak Hill Advisors focusing on high yield and distressed fixed income portfolios and supported financial reporting for the F35 defense program at Lockheed Martin.

Clay holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University. He is a FINRA registered securities representative holding Series 7, 50, 52, 63, and 79 licenses.
