Stanton Taylor

Stanton brings over a decade of strategy and corporate development experience across manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors, advising on transactions ranging from $50 million to $460 million.

Prior to joining Exit Partners, Stanton served in a strategy and corporate development role at a publicly traded company, where he helped develop the strategic vision and investment thesis for a $460 million acquisition while partnering with executive leadership and the board on M&A strategy, long-range planning, and investor communications. He has also personally bought, sold, and invested in small businesses and commercial real estate, providing firsthand insight into the owner-operator perspective.

Stanton earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and holds a BBA from Tennessee Tech University, where he competed as a scholarship baseball athlete. He also holds an active Texas Real Estate license.
